We put customer satisfaction first and hope that every purchase you make at AroundFire is a pleasant one. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, return your order to us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
Returns
- Please note that customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return. All international orders are final.
- Returns only accepted of products purchased from aroundfire.co. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.
- Returns are accepted of unopened items, and of items that are opened but unused. Any product that is used or damaged and returned will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We encourage you to ship via a service that offers tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@aroundfire.co with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will provide further instructions.
Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
