Global Shipping

We provide trackable global shipping services. In order to better respond to customers' packaging needs of different accessories, we pack and ship directly from the Chinese warehouse according to the order situation. Therefore, it takes a little longer to ship, thank you for your understanding and patience!

The shipping time and shipping costs required for each country are different. We strive to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping methods. The following are the estimated shipping times and costs for each country:

International Customs Duties
We cover all customs duties for all international orders. 

Shipping Time
Orders of in-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. If you order on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following business day. 

Tracking Number
All orders are trackable. Please note, it can take 1-3 days for your tracking information to become available. Once our shipping carries send us the tracking information, we will synchronize it to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
When placing an order we ask that you carefully provide accurate and complete shipping information so the carrier can successfully deliver your package. Undeliverable or refused packages will be subject to return shipping costs. If an order is returned as refused or undeliverable, you will be charged for the shipping fee if a refund is requested.

Shipping Damage
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your AroundFire branded product order and document with a camera any damage to shipping cartons and their contents. If the products received are damaged, send your claim with related photographs to support@aroundfire.co. You will be contacted within two business days.
